Source One started in East Anglia, and that’s still where we’re based. Over 25 years we’ve built our reputation close to home, working with businesses across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. But the work has gradually taken us further.
We’ve now completed more than 250 commercial projects, from office refurbishments in Ipswich and Norwich to full fit-outs in London, Birmingham and Manchester. The map below gives you a sense of where we’ve worked.
How we work, wherever we are
The scale and location change. The way we work doesn’t.
Being family-run means someone who cares is always close to the project. Clients know who to call. There’s no handoff to a junior team once the contract is signed. That’s led to a lot of long-term relationships and a fair amount of repeat business, which is probably the most honest measure of whether a job went well.
East Anglia is home. But we’re comfortable working wherever the project takes us.
