Office Refurbishment in Peterborough
Moore, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, were looking to complete a refurbishment of their Peterborough office and appointed Source One to undertake all the work and manage the project.

This project involved everything from the initial design to full fit out, with Source One managing the project throughout. Specifically, the work included:
- Full Project Management
- Strip out of existing ground and first floor offices
- Strip out and removal of existing conservatory to entrance of offices
- Build of new partitioning to create meeting rooms to ground floor
- New suspended ceiling throughout
- Installation of new LED lighting throughout
- Management of air conditioning installation
- Installation of new carpet tile flooring throughout, with a bespoke design created with manufacturers, plus new vinyl flooring in the kitchen area
- Installation of new kitchen on ground floor and kitchenette on first floor, including all relevant plumbing works (even Lisa got involved and plumbed in a dishwasher!)
- Decoration throughout
- New furniture and storage
- Installation of new anti-glare window film to windows, rather than use of blinds
- Cut through existing external blockwork to install new glass sliding doors, plus build of new entrance lobby area.
- Building Control liaison, plus Carbon Footprint grant application and completion
Facilitating business as usual
Although the planned work was extensvie the Moore team did not have the option to temporarily relocate. As a result, we split the project in to 2 phases and tilised the existing floorspace over 2 floors to ensure that the Moore team could maintain business as usual while the work was undertaken.
