Moore Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, Peterborough

Moore appointed Source One to manage a full refurbishment of their Peterborough offices – ground floor and first floor – from initial design through to completed fit-out.

The scope was substantial. Strip-out of both floors, removal of an existing conservatory at the entrance, new partitioning to create meeting rooms on the ground floor, new suspended ceilings and LED lighting throughout, air conditioning management, bespoke carpet tile flooring designed with the manufacturer, vinyl flooring in the kitchen areas, a new kitchen on the ground floor and a kitchenette on the first floor including all plumbing works – Lisa even got involved and plumbed in the dishwasher.

Decoration throughout, new furniture and storage, anti-glare window film fitted in place of blinds, and a cut-through of the external blockwork to install new glass sliding doors and a new entrance lobby.

We also handled Building Control liaison and managed a Carbon Footprint grant application and completion on Moore’s behalf. A project that covered every element of a commercial refurbishment, managed as a single coordinated programme.

Lindner Prater appointed Source One to refurbish their Huntingdon office following a competitive pitch. The project included kitchen and tea points, boardroom and meeting room furniture, flooring, blinds, internal graphics and external signage.

Office fit-out – Taking a new or empty space and building it out properly. Space planning, partitions, flooring, ceilings, lighting, power and data, furniture, kitchens – the whole project managed as one.

Partitioning and glazing – Creating meeting rooms, quiet zones and defined work areas without structural building work. Glazed wall systems, bi-fold partitions, screens and pods.
Acoustic improvements – Reducing noise in open-plan offices, call centres, meeting rooms and mixed-use spaces. We test the space first so we recommend what’s actually needed, not what’s easiest to sell.

Office dilapidations – End of lease repairs and reinstatement work, managed properly and delivered on time.
