KWL Logistics: a new office with the port on the boardroom wall
KWL moved into new premises a few minutes from the port and wanted the space to feel as current as the business. Chloe led the project across both floors: partitioning for a private boardroom, new flooring, decoration, electrical and data works, furniture and breakout seating. The finishing touch was a full-wall graphic made from Managing Director Jason Flower’s own drone photograph of the Port of Felixstowe.

MCP: modern working inside a former chapel
MCP’s office sits inside a converted chapel, so every cable route and light fitting had to respect the building. Over seven weeks we replaced all the power and data, fitted 53 new floor boxes across two floors, added LED lighting inside the dome and fitted blinds on curved rails to follow the windows.

Freightliner: a full refresh without closing the office
Freightliner needed new toilets, a new kitchen and a refreshed office, with the team working throughout. Flooring went down over a weekend and we brought in extra hands to move furniture around people as they worked.

How we work
You get one point of contact from the first visit to the day you move back in, usually Chloe or Lisa. We coordinate the trades, suppliers and programme so nobody on your side has to chase anyone.
For busy operations we plan the work around you, not the other way round. That has meant weekend flooring, extra labour to move furniture around people at their desks, and phasing jobs so part of the office is always usable. If something needs a decision or will cost more than expected, we tell you early.
