Lindner Prater, who had appointed Source One to undertake the refurbishment of their Huntingdon office, were so happy with progress that they commissioned us for a second project in Birmingham.

Outstanding performance opens doors to new opportunities
Following our successful project in Huntingdon, the directors entrusted us with their Birmingham project—a venture characterised by tight deadlines and time constraints.
Our comprehensive scope of work encompassed:
- Full design and project management for all aspects of the project
- Installation of a new first-floor kitchen
- Installation of new partitions to create 1 boardroom, 1 kitchen & breakout area, and 2 small meeting rooms
- Alteration of all existing circuits to accommodate the new partition layout
- Repositioning of existing floorboxes to align with the new desking layout
- Full decoration works in all areas
- New flooring in the kitchen area
- Installation of new boardroom and meeting furniture
- Implementation of new internal graphics
- New external signage for the parking area
