We were awarded the Lindner Prater refurbishment project after competing against four different providers. Our enthusiasm, detailed drawings, and comprehensive specifications, presented from our initial meetings, resonated with the client. Upon finalizing costings, it became the driving force behind our successful bid.
This project posed challenges, as the client continued to occupy the building during the renovations. Meticulous liaison and precise communication were paramount to ensure minimal disruption and inconvenience.
The scope of our work included:
- Full design and project management for all aspects of the project
- Installation of a new ground floor kitchen
- Installation of a new first-floor teapoint
- Installation of new LED lights on the ground and first floor
- Repositioning of existing floorboxes to accommodate the new layout on both floors
- Full decoration works in all areas
- Installation of a new carpet in all areas, specifically designed to meet the client’s preferences
- Manifestation to new partitions
- Installation of new window blinds
- Installation of new boardroom and meeting furniture
- Conversion of the first-floor kitchen into a new office
- Implementation of new internal graphics
- Installation of new external signage
