Internal Works – Clean, Safe and Compliant

We delivered a full internal refresh to ensure the space was left clean, functional, and compliant:

• New carpet installed throughout the main office areas
• Safety flooring laid in the kitchen and extended kitchen area
• Suspended ceiling replaced, including fresh ceiling tiles
• Kitchen upgrade with new worktops, tiling, cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and handles
• Fire lining added to internal perimeter walls to meet compliance

External Works – Structure Repaired, Finishes Restored

The exterior had suffered from past modifications and required multiple reinstatement works:

• Car park brickwork repaired, addressing damage and subsidence caused by previous external racking installations
• Block paving reinstated to damaged and uneven areas
• Patch repair and repointing of external brickwork where infrastructure had been removed
• Mini brick bin store rebuilt from the first course up, carefully matched to existing brickwork and stitch repaired for structural integrity

All works were completed on time and to a high standard, ensuring a seamless transition for the client. With the building fully reinstated and compliant, Lindner Prater were able to hand back the premises confidently, with no further remedial works required.
