IC24 Office Refurbishment, Ipswich
IC24, a healthcare provider based in Ipswich, required a refurbishment of their existing office space. To assist in their decision-making process, Source One Consulting initially conducted free-of-charge cost exercises.
This helped the client determine whether to downsize and remain in their current premises or relocate within Ipswich. Ultimately, they chose to proceed with a refurbishment of their existing space across two floors.

Scope of the Work
This project comprised a comprehensive refurbishment, including structural modifications, new installations, and aesthetic upgrades to deliver a more functional and modern workspace.
To help IC24 manage overall project costs, we retained and reused their existing furniture rather than replacing it.
