School furniture and refit projects

Work with White Spire took a multi-phase approach that included supplying new classroom furniture, teacherwall storage products, new common room furniture, wall graphics and a refit of the school staffroom and kitchen.

Creating an oasis of calm

White Spire School were looking for a staff room that would bring a sense of relaxation and calm for teachers, they turned to Source One to create their ‘oasis of calm’.

Given a blank canvas, Source One drew up plans to create a functional, comfortable and uplifting room from introducing relaxing decor and furnishing to a larger kitchen.

The new look staff room included expanding the kitchen area, installing new safety flooring, redecorating and calming wall graphic, new seating and window blinds.

We also added a new water heating system and white goods in the kitchen area to make it easier for staff to prepare their meals and drinks.

The project, managed by Lisa Lewis (Director) was scheduled over the half term period to minimise disruption to the school. The work was completed ahead of the schedule enabling the staff to enjoy their new room on the first day back for the new term.
