Suffolk Office Fit Out at Riduna Park, Woodbridge
We have completed a stunning office fitout to a ground and first floor unit at Riduna Park, Melton.
Completed in just 3-weeks, this project included partitions, power and data, lighting, bespoke storage a new tea point (plumbing and tiling) – images and more details below.

About the project
Pat and Chloe worked closely with the client over a period of months to prepare for when the client took possession of the property. This ensured we could begin the fit-out immediately to ensure the client could operate within their timescales.
The planning and consultation time led to various plans, both 2D and 3D, to give the client the opportunity to discuss with their own staff which would suit their working patterns most effectively.
Our discussions with the client revealed we needed to allow for workstation areas, meeting and specialist storage space. A Tea Point was required on the first floor to negate the need for staff to go downstairs for their tea and coffee. We also suggested creating a lobby area on the first floor and a privacy partition screen and door to the first floor WC.
Project scope
Works managed and completed by Source One included:
- Full Project Management
- Space planning
- Installation of new tea point, plumbing and tiling to first floor, matching ground floor
- Installation of new partitions throughout
- Installation of complete new power and CAT6 UTP data to suit new layout, complete with a full data map test
- Installation of new roller blinds throughout
- Installation of bespoke storage area, creating 39 linear metres of storage space
- Alterations to existing lighting layout to accommodate changes, plus installation of new downlights to kitchen areas
- Alterations/changes to specification as per client request as the project developed
As always our team worked to full capacity and completed the fit-out in just 3 weeks. As is usual with these projects, a few additions and alterations to the original plan were requested by the client and integrated into the schedule whilst still ensuring a 3-week completion. They certainly earned their tea breaks on this one!

- Removal of existing blue blinds to windows and glass partitioning and installation of new – grey blinds to windows and white blinds to partitioning
