Call Centre Fit Out in Norwich
MTC were moving to a new building St Georges Street in Norwich and appointed Source One to work with them on the refurbishment and fit out of the call centre office space.
The large project featured major data & comms work (over 19,000 meters of cables), partitions, furniture for the call centre, boardroom and meeting rooms. The whole project was completed in just 6 weeks.

Project scope
This major project involved everything from the initial design to full fit out, with Source One managing the project throughout. Specifically, the work included:
- Full Project Management
- Remove the original walls of the reception area to create a welcoming and open space
- Full power installation
- Upgraded Distribution board
- Desk Top power modules to allow for power, data and USB charging points
- Full termination to comms room including full data mapping
- Power to new kitchen
- Supply & Installation of new TV’s with data points
- Wifi points
- Supply & Installation of new LED lights into existing toilets
- New kitchen installation
- Supply and installation of safety flooring to kitchen area
- Installation of new partitions to create boardroom, meeting rooms, print room and comms room
- Bespoke built in print room furniture
- Supply & Install new AC unit in comms room and boardroom
- Installation of new hot tap and water feed
- Installation of new furniture including desking, reception, soft seating, meeting areas, meeting booths, screens and storage/lockers
