Project scope

This major project involved all aspects of the building from building work and windows to power and furniture. The work was scheduled over a number of months to minimise the disruption to Bedfordia’s team. Specifically, the work included:

Full project management from start to finish
Office design and space planning
New external windows
Air conditioning installation
New flooring, suspended ceilings and LED lighting
New kitchen with Automatic Hot Water taps
Installation of CCTV, power, data and cabling
Wallspace built-in storage, graphics added to existing roller storage units
Insulation of loft and rooms
New toilets and tiling
New staircase and balustrade
Furniture including seating and specialist wood veneer furniture for Chairman
Painting and decorating
Small building works
Managing surveys (drainage), building controls and sign off
