Transforming Freightliner’s workspace
Earlier this year, Freightliner approached us with a request to refresh their workspace, including their toilets, kitchen, and office area.
While they already had high-quality furniture in place, our task was to seamlessly integrate the fit-out into their existing setup without causing major disruptions for their staff. Find out more details on how we got on below.

Project Highlights
Our scope of work included:
- Toilets
- Removed existing cubicles and sanitaryware in both male and female toilets.
- Installed hygienic wall cladding for a clean, modern look.
- Fitted new safety flooring for durability and slip resistance.
- Added new sanitaryware, including hand dryers and panel heaters.
- Installed sleek new cubicles and vanity units to house updated sinks.
- Kitchen
- Removed the existing kitchen setup and installed a new one.
- Extended worktops and base units to maximise storage and preparation space.
- Office Area
- Laid new carpet tiles across the office.
- Updated vertical blinds for a cohesive, polished aesthetic.
- Repainted walls, transitioning from Magnolia to a crisp White for a fresh feel.
Challenges and Solutions
The main challenge was that the office remained operational throughout the project. To minimise disruption:
- We scheduled flooring works over a weekend.
- Our team provided extra labour to carefully move furniture as needed, allowing us to complete tasks efficiently without interrupting the client’s workflow.

The Result
The updated workspace now boasts modern, functional toilets, a spacious and practical kitchen, and a refreshed office environment that reflects Freightliner’s professional image.
