Head Office Fit Out

Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning was moving to a new head office and Source One were appointed to convert 2 industrial units into 1 and then fit out the space.

Returning client, new Head Office fit out

We were delighted that, having worked with Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning on their previous Head Office in Great Shelford, to be asked to fitout their new Head Office, just 3 miles down the road.

They were moving moving to a lovely, large Head Office covering two units, with a new knock through on the first floor, in Sawston, Cambridgeshire.

The work undertaken included:

Knock through between Units L & K on First Floor
New partitioning throughout to create 10 offices
Repairs to suspended ceiling grid and tiles following installation of new AC and ventilation systems (Adcocks completed the AC themselves of course!)
Conversion of disabled toilet to become Shower Room, complete with Shower, Toilet, Sink, Heated Towel Rail, Ventilation and Mirror.
Decoration of office, including existing and new walls.

Source One did not complete the electrical works, however Trevor’s team at Jetec completed an outstanding job with new LED’s, emergency lights, sockets and data!
