Lisa’s story is not just about building a business — it’s about navigating life’s toughest challenges with strength, humour, and authenticity. From representing Great Britain as a rifle champion to co-founding Source One and building a successful, award-winning business, Lisa has always led from the front.
But in 2021, her biggest challenge came away from the boardroom: a breast cancer diagnosis that would test everything she thought she knew about resilience.
Despite undergoing major surgery and a long recovery, Lisa continued to lead Source One with unwavering commitment — and just three years later, helped steer us to win the People’s Choice Award for East Anglia at the Family Business of the Year Awards.
