Ormiston Families were moving to a new 2 storey premises in Ipswich and, after a tender process, chose Source One Consulting to project manage and deliver their new offices.
The big office refit project involved the Source One team in everything from office design and space planning to ensuring the delivery of high quality work by the various trades (builders, electricians, painters/decorators etc) and office fitters (office furniture, kitchen fitters etc) on site.

The project encompassed all parts of the office space including the open plan office, meeting rooms, kitchen and breakout areas.
The work undertaken included:
- Workplace Consultancy and Advice
- Full Project Management & Post Contract Services
- Building Regulations Application
- Space Planning and Office Design
- Strip out of existing office space
- Fitting new partition walls and flooring
- Supply and install a new Kitchen
- Managing Power and Data contractors
- Supplying and installing Office Furniture
- Introduce a bespoke StorageWall
- All internal Decoration
- External Building and Window repairs
- Servicing and Certification of existing Electrics/Air
