Office Barn Conversion Refit

Source One have completed a refit of a barn office conversion for Fiducia Wealth Management in Dedham, Colchester.

Refreshing and utilising a neglected space

Fiducia Wealth Management contacted Source One to re-fit one of their three barn conversion offices.

Established in 2004 and regulated with the FCA in January 2005, the multi award-winning Chartered Financial Advisors put their trust into Source One’s hands to totally transform their office!

With a three week turnaround, we stripped down Fiducia’s existing furniture, flooring and lighting and were all hands on deck until completion.

Our team completed:

New LED lighting and emergency lighting throughout
New partitioning to create 1 x Manager’s Office, complete with full height glass section and oak door set
New plank style carpet tiles to the office area. The three different finishes were laid randomly, to create a fantastic pattern throughout!
Vinyl wrapping of kitchen units, coming away from cream and giving them a modern, pastel-blue finish
New furniture throughout
New blinds to external windows and doors
