Office relocation and fit out in Newmarket

This was projected to be an 8-week build but we were able to complete the work in just 5-weeks!

Fitting out the new office

The new office space in Newmarket was essentially a blank canvas. This made it easier to design and create the cellular offices and meeting space that Execujet were looking for. (Please note, this fit out took place prior to COVID-19 which is why we were able to maximise team sizes on site.)

The new office fit out phase of the project included:

• Full project management from start to finish
• Installation of new power, covering 200 metres and new data, covering 5,000 metres throughout. Upgrading existing floor boxes and distribution to manage the capacity required by Execujet
• Upgrades and alterations to existing lighting, emergency lighting and PIR sensors in office to cater for new layout
• Supply and installation of partitioning throughout the office, creating 5 cellular offices, 2 meeting rooms, a store room and a server room. All partitioning was finished as demountable 100mm thick systems, with additional sound proofing in the ceiling where appropriate.
• Decoration throughout, including installing all existing signage and photographs to walls
• Supply and installation of new manifestations to glass partitioning, in keeping with corporate branding.
• Installation of internal air conditioning unit and external condenser to cellular office that was not covered with a unit in the new layout

The office relocation

Once the fit out work was completed we moved on to the next phase, office relocation.

This included the furniture removal team working over a weekend to re-locate all furniture and personal effects from the existing office to the Newmarket office.

This re-location also covered the move of Execujet’s Fly Team, who had to remain online throughout… absolutely no down time for any period of time.
