Commercial and Retail Partitions, Ceilings and Retail Counter in Bedfordshire

Source One has completed a commercial project for Carpets 4 Less in Bedford that included supply and fitting of partitions, ceilings and a retail counter.

In large and open commercial retail spaces it can often be a challenge to provide private areas and meeting spaces, as well as hiding everyday clutter.  At these Bedfordshire premises we used high quality partitions with glazing to maintain a light and airy feel while also providing some private space. Adding a new ceiling to the meeting space also improved the warmth and acoustics.

The bespoke retail counter, with a special laminate top requested by our clients, provided a professional look and the ideal place to keep much of the daily retail paperwork.

Glass Wall Partitions and Ceilings for Commercial Premises in Bedford

For big commercial spaces, the use of partitions and false ceilings are an ideal way to break up the space and make it more usable.

Carpets 4 Less glass wall partitionsParticularly in retail spaces where large open spaces can often create an unwelcome warehouse feel, the use of discreet partitioning can generate a warmer, friendlier feel as well as introducing more private meeting space.

We have recently been installing a glass wall partition and ceiling system for Carpets 4 Less in Bedford (pictured, minus the glass and door) to make the most of this large commercial space.

Source One Consulting work on many such partitioning projects across Bedfordshire, East Anglia and across the UK.  Find out more about our Office and Commercial Partitions

Bedford Office Refit Creates a Great Office in a Grade II Listed Building

We like a challenge and so when EMC Design wanted to maximise the office space in their Grade II Listed Building in Bedfordshire we were more than happy.

EMC Design office refit by Source One ConsultingAfter a detailed design and planning process that including getting all the necessary Listed Building Consents, we installed stylish glass walls and partitioning to create a private office and separate meeting room.  With the addition of a bespoke wall-space storage unit we were able to maximise the storage space in the office, while new decor and flooring throughout gave it a light open and airy feel.

Our customers also seem more than happy with the results, with Sophie O’Rourke of EMC Design commenting:

“Throughout the Project Source One were always on hand when we had a question – any time of the day – and they were on site to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. They really do care so much about the companies they work with and are so personable but with the right mix of professionalism and efficiency”
