Identity Creative officesIt’s always interesting to see how clients personalise their office space in the months that follow an office refurbishment or furniture fit-out.

Often you find that the space has evolved to match the personality of the business and so we were delighted to see on a recent visit to Identity Creative in Cambridge their latest wall artwork.

We completed a full office refit for Identity Creative and Glassworks International but at that point the walls were a blank canvas.  We love this creative and fun wall design, which brings the best out of the furniture too, but shall leave the interpretation of the design to you.

Bedford Office Refit Creates a Great Office in a Grade II Listed Building

We like a challenge and so when EMC Design wanted to maximise the office space in their Grade II Listed Building in Bedfordshire we were more than happy.

EMC Design office refit by Source One ConsultingAfter a detailed design and planning process that including getting all the necessary Listed Building Consents, we installed stylish glass walls and partitioning to create a private office and separate meeting room.  With the addition of a bespoke wall-space storage unit we were able to maximise the storage space in the office, while new decor and flooring throughout gave it a light open and airy feel.

Our customers also seem more than happy with the results, with Sophie O’Rourke of EMC Design commenting:

Control the Noise in Your Office or Workplace

There is no doubt that too much noise in an office proves disruptive and distracting. It certainly does not have a positive impact on your employees or business.

However, with some effective space planning and the clever use of furniture and materials it is possible to achieve an acoustic balance that will significantly reduce the disruptive noise in your work place.

The use of partitions, screens and furniture can be an efficient way to block sound from travelling across a workspace.  The choice of extra dense core materials with absorbent outer surfaces will further soak up the sound.

Customer Delight at Office Fit-Out by Source One. Office Refit for Killik & Co in Ipswich, Suffolk

Killik office fitout by Source One ConsultingWe always aim to exceed our customer expectations, so we know we are on the right track when our customers says “a resounding success… an office that brings a smile to everyone’s faces”.

These were just some of the words used by Martin Osborne-Shaw of Killik & Co in Ipswich, Suffolk to describe the office fit-out we completed in August.

Killik asked us to refit their Ipswich Branch to create a superb working environment for staff including offices, working pods, break-out areas, toilets and meeting rooms. This was a major fit-out project including new flooring, office partitions, data and electrical work, as well as supplying and fitting new office furniture. Source One was also asked to help project manage the full fit-out and installation.

Most importantly, the whole project was completed on time, on budget and to a high quality with our customers thanking us for our “terrific input” with our “team of professional trades folk, professionalism, organisation and eye for detail”.
