Source One have a won another new property maintenance contract in Suffolk, with Sharedband.
The Ipswich based firm have various projects to undertake internally in their premises including the installation on an RF Chamber into their existing offices.
Source One will be dealing with all the contractors on Shareband’s behalf allowing them to carry on with their business. This includes handling dilapidation on the building that Sharedband occupied before their move to new premises.

The contract is to supply over 130 workstations, chairs and screens for their serviced offices. The furniture is part of the Source One Classic Range and will be installed in May.

Source One are delighted to be celebrating a very positive dentist appointment! It was all big toothy smiles after we won a refurbishment contract with Brampton Dental Practice in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
This is another exciting new contract for Source One Consulting with the work required including the removal of 2 internal walls, providing a new ceiling, lighting, power provision, flooring and the fitting of a new bespoke reception counter.

Often you find that the space has evolved to match the personality of the business and so we were delighted to see on a recent visit to Identity Creative in Cambridge their latest wall artwork.
We completed a full office refit for Identity Creative and Glassworks International but at that point the walls were a blank canvas. We love this creative and fun wall design, which brings the best out of the furniture too, but shall leave the interpretation of the design to you.

Source One have won a new office furniture contract to fit out the Ipswich office of design company White Space Design.
We are delighted to say that we beat the competition, again, with great products and excellent prices winning over our new client.
White Space Design have gone for the modern and very popular Pure range (a white finish with multicoloured chairs) that will create a great look as well as a comfortable working environment.
The new office partitioning and flooring fitted by Source One at Promotion Line in Colchester, Essex have delighted Managing Director Belinda Ferguson.
Belinda comments “the final result has created four new professional and functional spaces that had added significant value to the working environment, bringing to life to original ideas in a way few had imagined. Visitors and staff alike have commented on the quality and professionalism of the finish and we believe this has been a truly worthwhile investment in the future.”
Source One undertook the project in their listed converted barn to create private working spaces, meeting room and kitchen area. Using high quality glass partitioning and flooring enabled us to create an open and light feel even within the confines of an old structure.

Source One has won a new re-fit contract in Cambridgeshire.
The contract with the TTP Group in Melbourn is for the refubishment of the rest rooms including supplying an fitting of new equipment. The work will be undertaken by Source One’s property management team that includes carpenters, plumbers and painters & decorators.
The team will also be making a bespoke unit to house hand basins, taps, mirrors etc.
