Property Maintenance contract win in Ipswich
Source One have a won a new property maintenance contract with Sharedband in Ipswich. They have various projects to undertake internally in their premises including the installation on an RF Chamber into their existing offices.
Source One will be dealing with all the contractors on Shareband's behalf allowing them to carry on with their business. This includes handling dilapidation on the building that Sharedband occupied before their move to new premises.
Glass wall partitions in Hertfordshire
In addition to our portfolio of big projects, Source One provide super value for high quality smaller jobs such as for our recent contract win with Hotelstay in Berkhampstead Hertfordshire. We will be supplying new Glasswall Partitions to fit in their existing premises.
New office furniture contract in Bedfordshire
Source One have a won a new office furniture contract with Capability House at Wrest Park, Bedfordshire.
The contract is to supply over 130 workstations, chairs and screens for their serviced offices. The furniture is part of the Source One Classic Range and will be installed in May.

New dental practice contract win
Source One have won a refurbishment contract with Brampton Dental Practice in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. This exciting new contract involves removing 2 internal walls, providing a new ceiling, lighting, power provision, flooring and the fitting of a new bespoke reception counter.
Office furniture for Ipswich design company
Source One will be fitting out Ipswich based design company White Space Design with new furniture for their offices. Coming out ahead of a range of competitors, again, we will be supplying furniture from the modern very popular Pure range (a white finish with multicolour chairs).
Refurbishment contract in Cambridgeshire
Source One have won a new contract to refit the rest rooms at the TTP Group in Melbourn, Cambridgeshire.
The rest room refurbishment, which includes new equipment, will be undertaken by our property management team of carpenters, plumbers etc. The team will also be making a bespoke unit to site hand basins, mirrors and taps.
Office Partitions & Flooring for a listed Colchester Barn
Promotion Line in Colchester, Essex have had their listed barn office space developed by Source One to create more private office space, a kitchen area and a meeting area.

Source One have just completed a new office furniture installation for a business that provides bespoke internet and business process management solutions in Ipswich.
The successful Suffolk business has expanded their operation with new office space and so we were delighted to supply desks, chairs and furniture.

Source One have won another new office contract to install new flooring and partitions in the office space within a converted barn. The business based in Stoke-by-Nayland, near Colchester Essex, is utilising our experience to ensure that the new look not only looks great but fits with the complexities of barn construction.
Source One Announces Sponsorship
Source One have announced that they will be supporting the Ipswich Town FC Academy with sponsorship of the Annual Brochure. Pat Lewis, MD of Source One and lifelong Ipswich Town fan said "being born in Ipswich and growing up watching ITFC, sponsorship of the Academy is a great way for me to put something back into the club that gave me so many great memories growing up with the Blues in the 70’s and 80’s!"

Customer Delight with New Office Partition

Source One received this high praise from client Stanes Rand after installing an office partition system to create a meeting room within the existing space. This project was completed in a listed building and so we also handled the Building Regulations application process via the Listed Buildings Department.

Source One have completed an office move to new premises for the Terrence Higgins Trust in Ipswich, Suffolk in just 7 days from first contact. Working closely with their Support Officers we helped the process run smoothly throughout, minimising the impact on their daily activity.
